Food and Drink
The Club's reception rooms are one of our greatest charms. The walls are lined with a fine collection of art work, some bequeathed by members, and a series of works by well-known British cartoonists, many of which are for sale.
The Drawing Room, with its tranquil atmosphere and fine proportions, is the perfect place to meet friends or to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea. Double doors lead to the light-filled Garden Room, which has pretty views over the private gardens next door.
The cosy, wood panelled bar with resident barman open into a quiet Reading Room with wing-backed armchairs and a wide selection of newspapers and magazines.
The Restaurant created by LINLEY is a glamorous and stylish room with sumptuous seating, soft lighting and private alcoves as well as stunning signature pieces created specially for us.
Please be advised that mobile phones and papers are not permitted in public areas to coincide with our relaxed atmosphere. For small business meetings you may like to make use of our meeting rooms.
There is also a Private Dining Room adjacent to the Restaurant which provides an excellent alternative to entertaining at home.
Our award-winning Head Chef, Mark Johnson, who joined us from The Ritz, prepares seasonal British food to complement these surroundings. Andrew Baker, The Restaurant Manager, heads our friendly and attentive team who all want to ensure you come back time and time again.
